UAE Government temporary restrictions on licensed ground transportation providers.

Emirates Transfers is licensed by the Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA).  RTA is committed to protecting all ground transportation passengers and has introduced a number of measures to protect passengers travelling in licensed limousines and taxis.  These measures restrict the maximum number of passengers allowed in various classes of vehicle in order to allow social distancing between passengers.  These measures are subject to change and we are in close contact with RTA on a daily basis to ensure we are always in compliance with the current measures.

If you make a booking through Emirates Transfers that will result in more passengers in a given vehicle type than allowed by the current measures we will advise you of this by email.  We will also advise you of what options are available to you that would comply with the current measures which could involve upgrading to a larger vehicle or using more than one vehicle.  We will advise you of the costs associated with these options and you will have the choice of either confirming one of these options or cancelling the booking.  If you cancel the booking we will process a refund to your debit or credit card on the same day.

Hygiene and Passenger Safety

We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitization procedures to ensure we provide a clean and safe vehicle for your journey.  Our vehicles are disinfected before and after every trip.  Drivers wear masks at all times.  Hand sanitizer is provided for passengers in all our vehicles.
